Shamanic IFS Sussex
A monthly drop-in therapy group
We meet once a month either outdoors in nature during the summer or in the group room at The Open Door therapy centre in Lewes, Sussex.
The group is open to everyone and although we have regular members you are welcome to join us as little and often as you like.
Groups may have different themes and focus’s depending on the season/wheel of the year or requests from group members. Each group however has a fusion of embodied and reflective practices with sharing and witnessing in circle.
